松浦ゼミ（都市地域政策）
公共政策大学院修了要件のひとつとして、リサーチペーパーの執筆があります。研究計画の立案、調査・分析の実施、リサーチペーパーの執筆について、夏・冬学期を通してゼミ形式で指導しています。
リサーチペーパーとして指導するテーマ（日本語コース）
- 都市・地域計画（まちづくり）、エネルギー・環境・サステナビリティ（脱炭素、再エネ、気候変動対策、EV導入など）、科学技術政策（自動運転やAIなど新技術の導入に伴う社会影響など）の領域における政策・計画・諸課題
- 持続可能社会に向けたトランジション・マネジメント（移行ガバナンス、グリーン・トランスフォーメーション、サステナビリティ・トランジション）
- ステークホルダー交渉や市民参加による合意形成、ミニパブリックス等による熟議民主主義の実践（気候市民会議など）
指導方針
- 対象とする領域や事例について一定の基礎知識または実務経験を有することを期待
- 方法論は、聞き取り調査や文献調査を用いた事例分析や質的研究（コーディングによる質的データ分析）を主としつつ、アンケートや統計を用いた量的研究も対応可
- 研究の枠組みや仮説の設定を重視し、適切な方法論とデータ（質的、量的）に基づきそれらを検証・探索する社会科学研究としてのリサーチペーパーの執筆を指導
